Risk Management & Compliance Identify and assess contractual, commercial, and project delivery risks across EPC and commercial packages. Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations (RERA, GST, labour laws) and contractual obligations. Support internal and external audits by furnishing cost documentation and audit schedules. 6. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with contractors and external survey agencies to align on scope, schedules, and cost targets. Attend progress and coordination meetings; present cost-status updates and impact forecasts. Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors on all cost-related matters.
