Job Summary: We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Architect with 12 -15 years of experience in architectural design and end-to-end project management within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will take the lead on the design and execution of commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring architectural excellence, innovation, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership Lead the development of architectural designs for commercial, and mixed-use projects. Deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions in line with market trends, client expectations, and business objectives. Produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design alignment with the companys strategic goals and brand identity. Project Management Oversee the entire architectural project cycle — from conceptualization to design development, execution, and handover. Coordinate across cross-functional teams including consultants, contractors, and vendors to drive project deliverables. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Present design proposals and progress updates to clients, senior leadership, and project stakeholders. Lead design review meetings, incorporating feedback into final designs. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all designs meet local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards. Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction aligns with design intent and quality benchmarks. Implement best practices in risk management, design quality, and construction oversight. Proactively identify and resolve architectural and technical issues during the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution. 12–15 years of proven experience in architectural design and project leadership within the real estate domain. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software. Demonstrated experience in designing and executing high-rise residential and commercial buildings. Strong knowledge of building materials, structural systems, and modern construction methods. Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong verbal and visual communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
