Job Task Description: Junior Architect
Role Title:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Drafting Support
Design Development:
Assist in the development of architectural designs, including concept sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models, under the guidance of Creative Head .Working Drawings:
Prepare working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, ensuring they meet the projects design intent and standards.Consultant Coordination:
Collaborate with consultants to integrate their drawings with architectural plans, checking for consistency and resolving any discrepancies.
Visualization and Presentation
3D Modeling:
Create 3D models and visualizations of project designs, including interior and exterior views, to support client presentations and internal design reviews.Walkthroughs:
Develop project walkthroughs and animations to effectively communicate design concepts and project vision to clients and stakeholders.
Project Documentation
Documentation Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and other project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Tender Support:
Support the Senior Architect in preparing and reviewing tender documents, including technical specifications and quantity take-offs.
Team Collaboration
Collaboration:
Work closely with the project team, including Senior Architects and other junior team members, to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.Reporting:
Participate in project meetings and contribute to progress reports, tracking your work and any assigned tasks to ensure alignment with project goals.
Site Visits and Feasibility Studies
Site Inspections:
Participate in site visits to gain an understanding of site conditions, assist in documenting site progress, and help resolve on-site design issues.Feasibility Studies:
Assist in conducting feasibility studies by gathering and analyzing data, contributing to the assessment of project viability and design options.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software, with the ability to produce high-quality drawings and 3D models.Visualization:

Preferred candidate profile
Ideal Experience & Background
0–2 years
experience (freshers with strong internships also considered) B.Arch / equivalent
from a recognized institution - Exposure to
residential + interiors
projects (villas/apartments/interior fit-outs preferred) - Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio with multiple parallel deliverables
Core Technical Strength (Must-Have)
- Strong drafting and documentation ability for:
- Floor plans, elevations, sections, detailing
- Basic interior drawings (RCP, flooring, joinery outlines)
- Good software proficiency:
AutoCAD
(mandatory) Revit
(preferred) or willingness to learn fast SketchUp
for quick massing and iterations
- Able to produce
clean, consistent drawings
(layers, lineweights, annotation discipline, sheet clarity)
Visualization & Presentation Skills (Preferred)
- Ability to create clear 3D visual outputs:
- Basic-to-good
3D modeling
(SketchUp/Revit) Enscape/Lumion/D5/Twinmotion
(any one is a plus)
- Knows how to support presentations with:
- Layouting (basic InDesign/Illustrator/PowerPoint)
- Image editing (Photoshop basic)
Coordination & Work Habits
- Can coordinate with consultants and team members to:
- Overlay drawings, identify mismatches, and communicate corrections
- Maintain file discipline, version control, and submission timelines
- Comfortable with structured reporting:
- Daily/weekly task updates
- MOM points, checklists, follow-ups
Site Readiness
- Willing to attend
site visits
and learn execution realities - Can document site progress with:
- Photos, measurements, quick notes, and issue tagging
- Understands the basics of
