Intern Architect

About the Role

Architectural Intern

You will work closely with senior architects, project managers, interior designers, and landscape consultants to create world-class homes that emphasize craftsmanship, modern luxury, sustainability, and contextual design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Concept Development

• Assist in preparing

  concept sketches, mood boards, massing studies, and spatial planning

  for luxury residential projects.
• Support senior architects in developing

  3D models, renders, and presentations

  for client reviews.
• Contribute creative ideas for

  facade design, interior layouts, landscape integration

  , and overall design narrative.

2. Drafting & Documentation

• Assist in

  architectural drawings

  including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Assist in creating

  GFC (Good for Construction) drawings

  , compliance drawings, and coordination sets.
• Support documentation for

  approvals, design development reports, and tender packages

  .

3. Material & Product Research

• Research

  premium materials, finishes, fixtures, and luxury lifestyle products

  .
• Assist in preparing

  material boards, BOQs, and specifications

  .
• Explore global design trends relevant to high-end residential architecture.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with

  interior design, MEP, landscape, and structural teams

  for integrated design solutions.
• Support communication with vendors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Participate in

  client meetings

  , taking notes and assisting in presentation preparation.

5. Site Exposure

• Attend site visits to understand

  construction stages, quality standards, and site constraints

  .
• Assist in site measurement, documentation of progress, and verification of design implementation.
• Review mock-ups, sample installations, and craftsmanship details.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Final Year Student or recently completed a

  B.Arch/M.Arch

  or a similar architectural program

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp,

  or similar design tools.
• Knowledge with Revit, USGBC are beneficial but not required

Soft Skills

• Strong design sense and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
