Senior Architect – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership

·      Lead conceptualization and design development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.

·      Review and oversee detailed drawings, construction documents, and 3D models prepared by junior architects and consultants.

·      Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages.

2. Project Management

·      Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring design quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

·      Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to translate design objectives into practical, buildable solutions.

3. Technical Oversight

·      Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines.

·      Review and approve structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs for integrated project execution.

4. Sustainability

·      Incorporate sustainable design principles and green building practices in all project stages.

·      Stay updated with modern energy-efficient materials, technologies, and global sustainability trends.

5. Team Collaboration

·      Mentor junior architects and guide them throughout the design and documentation process.

·      Work closely with engineers, contractors, planners, and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination.

6. Market Trends & Innovation

·      Research global architectural trends, new technologies, and design techniques to keep project standards competitive and future-ready.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (from a recognized institution).

·      Professional licensure, such as COA, RIBA, or AIA is preferred.

Experience

10+ years

·      Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, large-scale architectural projects.

Technical Expertise

·      Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

·      Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and project management tools.

Soft Skills

·      Strong leadership and team management abilities.

·      Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

·      Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
