About the job: Customer Service Executives (Freshers & Experienced Welcome!) Location: L&T Powai, Andheri East, Mumbai Designation: Customer Service Executive Industry: Banking & Financial Services (Lead Generation Process) About the role: As a Customer Service Executive, you will be part of a dynamic voice-based process, focused on lead generation for top financial institutions like ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered, and I-Securities. Your core responsibility will be to interact with potential customers over the phone and convince them to schedule appointments for banking and financial products. Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers 2. Explain banking & financial products such as Credit Cards, Loans, Demat Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Insurance 3. Generate leads by convincing customers to book appointments 4. Maintain a professional and positive approach in all interactions 5. Meet daily call and appointment targets 6.
