Job Summary

AGM / Senior Manager -Sales

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire sales process for commercial projects including office spaces, retail units, and showrooms.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, B2B connects, channel partners, and institutional investors.
Build strong relationships with HNIs, investors, IPCs, and corporate clients.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Coordinate with marketing teams for effective campaign execution and lead conversion.
Drive site visits, negotiations, deal closures, and ensure end-to-end client servicing.
Regularly report sales performance, forecasts, and updates to senior leadership.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate dynamics, leasing, and transactional structuring.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Existing network of channel partners and investor connections is a strong advantage.
