Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing & Alibaba Store Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies while managing and optimizing our Alibaba storefront to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage and optimize our Alibaba store, including product listings, pricing, visuals, SEO, and promotional activities Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends Generate and analyze performance reports (traffic, conversions, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly Coordinate with the design and content teams to create compelling product descriptions, banners, and marketing materials Handle customer inquiries and build strong relationships with Alibaba buyers Stay up to date with the latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing tools/strategies Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management (Alibaba platform experience is a must) Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Alibaba Analytics, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Flexible work environment Opportunities for career growth and professional development
