The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. A valid driving license and ability to drive a car is mandatory, as the role may require site visits, customer inspections, or supplier audits. Key Responsibilities:Inspect, test, and evaluate automotive components for dimensional accuracy and quality. Utilize precision instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Depth Gauges, and other measurement tools. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues. Maintain and improve the company’s quality management system (QMS). Prepare inspection reports, quality documentation, and maintain relevant records. Coordinate with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections. Support audits and customer quality inspections. Drive to vendor/customer sites as required for inspections, meetings, or quality follow-ups. Key Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Mandatory: Valid Driving License and Ability to Drive a Car. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in automotive or precision manufacturing. Strong knowledge of automotive components and mechanical drawings. Hands-on experience with quality measurement tools like Vernier, Micrometer, and Depth Gauges. Knowledge of ISO/TS standards is a plus. Good communication and report-writing skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
