Job Description

You must be comfortable wearing multiple hats—from hands-on campaign management to strategic planning and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage
ROI-focused campaigns
on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.

Set up and manage Shopify stores

keyword research and SEO management

maximum conversions, ROAS, and customer lifetime value (LTV).

5. Manage and allocate ad budgets, creatives, A/B tests, and scaling strategies.

retargeting campaigns, upsell flows, and email marketing automation.

Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and platform dashboards.

clear growth plans, regular performance reports, and actionable recommendations.

Key Requirements

3–5+ years of proven experience scaling e-commerce brands.

5–8X

Strong knowledge of:

Facebook Ads Manager
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Shopify account management and optimization
Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV).
Strong skills in copywriting, creative briefing, and landing page optimization.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
