Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with analytical depth, hands-on execution skills, and familiarity with modern AI and analytics tools to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns (paid + organic) for user acquisition and retention.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) – content calendar, posts, and community engagement.
  • Run paid ads on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and explore programmatic DSP platforms.
  • Design and deliver high-quality creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
  • Leverage AI tools for ad optimization, content generation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Track and analyze reports via Google Analytics, Firebase, Firebase Studio, Google Play Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing and refine campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Support SEO & ASO activities, email marketing, push notifications, and CRM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with on-field marketing teams, backend developers, and vendors for smooth execution.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and AI innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in food-tech, e-commerce, or app-based businesses.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads including thorough SEO,SMM and SMO.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Experience with Firebase, Firebase Studio, Google Play Console.firebase analysis funnels creation, FCN and FCIAN msg functions and creations for promotion.
  • Creative ability with graphic design & visualization tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma). shall be able to produce high level creative designs as required for marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools to use them for high efficiency and productivity of the projects.
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to improve CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, retention while able to design campaigns on all platform with key metrics in minds for monitoring.
  • Team player who can coordinate across marketing, design, and tech teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
