Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation while ensuring a consistent online presence.

  • Responsibilities:


    Digital Strategy Development:


    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals.
    • Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate them.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and identify new opportunities for growth.


     Keyword Research and Analysis:


    • Identifying Target Keywords: Conducting thorough research to find relevant keywords that potential customers use.
    • Competitor Analysis: Analyzing competitors' keywords and strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.


    On-Page Optimization:


    • Content Optimization: Ensuring website content is optimized for target keywords, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and body content.
    • URL Structure: Creating SEO-friendly URLs.
    • Internal Linking: Developing a strategy for internal linking to improve site navigation and user experience.
    • Image Optimization: Using alt text and optimizing image file sizes for better loading times and SEO.


    Technical SEO:


    • Website Audits: Conduct regular technical audits to identify and fix issues such as broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
    • Page Speed Optimization: Improving website loading times through various techniques such as caching, compression, and image optimization.
    • Mobile Optimization: Ensuring the website is mobile-friendly and responsive.
    • Structured Data: Implementing structured data (schema markup) to enhance search result listings.


    Social Media Management:


    • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create compelling content to drive engagement and follower growth.
    • Monitor social media trends and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Paid Advertising:
    • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks.
    • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting budgets and targeting as needed to maximize ROI.
    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform paid search strategies.


    Email Marketing:


    • Create and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
    • Segment email lists for targeted messaging and personalization.
    • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.


    Analytics and Reporting:


    • Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and marketing automation platforms.
    • Generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


    Collaboration and Communication:


    • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
    • Communicate digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders and

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 1+ years of work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising best practices.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
