Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. to increase engagement and brand awareness. Content Creation & Strategy: Create compelling digital content (text, image, video) that aligns with the company’s brand and business objectives. Oversee blog posts, property listings, and email marketing campaigns. SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines, perform keyword research, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic to the site. Email Marketing: Design and send email newsletters, promotions, and other forms of communication to engage potential clients and leads. Google Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Provide reports and recommendations to improve online presence and marketing ROI. Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate quality leads through online channels, especially for real estate projects and property sales. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to create marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and customer needs.
