Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Client Site – Chennai (Full-time, On-site) Industry: Corporate / Strategic Communications / Digital Media Joining: Immediate Joinees Preferred ⸻ About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and manage the social media presence of a leading corporate client based out of Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day digital presence of the client from their office premises. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Manage and execute end-to-end social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) • Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content (posts, videos, stories) in line with the brand’s voice and goals • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams for content production • Monitor and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) and suggest improvements • Stay up to date with platform updates, digital trends, and best practices • Liaise with the client’s internal teams to ensure alignment with overall communication objectives • Handle crisis communication and online reputation management in real-time • Drive follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness ⸻ Requirements: • 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management • Strong understanding of analytics and ability to derive actionable insights • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (English is a must; Tamil is a plus) • Portfolio of past work and case studies (social media accounts handled, campaigns executed, reports prepared) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player • Must be comfortable working from the client location in Chennai (mandatory) ⸻ Nice to Have: • Basic graphic design or video editing skills • Experience working with large corporate brands or in an agency setting • Certification in digital marketing ⸻ What We Offer: • Opportunity to work with a high-profile corporate client • Exposure to strategic communications and brand management at scale • A dynamic and supportive team Show more Show less
