Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online presence and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and content strategy, coupled with the ability to manage external vendor relationships for marketing collateral.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Strategy:

○    Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for optimizing social media presence and overall SEO performance.

○    Execute and manage both On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and online visibility.

○    Strategize and implement effective backlinking campaigns.

○    Conduct technical SEO audits and implement necessary optimizations for the company's websites.

○    Proactively research and identify high-impact keywords for:

■    Website content

■    Social Media platform content

■    SEO Blogs

■    LinkedIn Articles

○    Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles for all company locations to enhance local search visibility.

○    Continuously monitor and analyze performance to improve organic search traffic to our websites.

Website Development & Optimization:

○    Handle website development and maintenance, primarily utilizing WordPress.

○    Design, create, and optimize website landing pages to maximize conversion rates and user experience.

Technical Knowledge & Analysis:

○    Apply strong technical knowledge to troubleshoot digital marketing issues and leverage various analytical tools for performance tracking.

Additional Responsibilities - Vendor Management:

○    Oversee and manage relationships with vendors for all printing collaterals. This includes, but is not limited to, ID cards, brochures, table cards, and catalogues, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

●    Proven experience in Digital Marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful SEO and website optimization projects and minimum 1 year experience is required.

●    In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, backlinking, and technical SEO best practices.

●    Demonstrated ability in keyword research and competitor analysis.

●    Experience managing Google My Business listings.

●    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve organic search performance.

●    Excellent technical aptitude for digital marketing tools and platforms.

●    Prior experience in vendor management, especially for printing and marketing collaterals, is a significant advantage.

●    Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.

●    Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
