Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive Company: Brihatsetu Enterprises (OPC) Private Limited Brands: Sambhav Studios | Hot Chappathies | Daily Dabba | Rev Foods Role Overview We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house team. This role will focus on creating engaging digital content, managing social media channels, and driving online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation (design + video), digital marketing strategies, and hands-on execution using tools like Canva, Reels, and social media schedulers. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Design Develop eye-catching graphics, posts, stories, and reels using Canva, Photoshop, or other tools. Produce short-form videos and reels aligned with brand guidelines. Write engaging captions, ad copies, and blog-style content Social Media Management Manage day-to-day posting on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn. Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar across all brands. Track engagement and implement strategies to grow followers organically Digital Marketing Campaigns Run and monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, and promotional campaigns. Assist in influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports Community Engagement Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly. Create interactive polls, quizzes, and engagement activities to build community. Branding & Strategy Ensure all creatives and messaging are consistent with brand voice. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement new ideas. Collaborate with other departments (sales, design, operations) for integrated campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management. Strong hands-on experience with Canva, Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite. Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere preferred). Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads campaign management. Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills. Work Details Type: Full-time, In-house Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (with flexibility during campaign launches) Location: Chennai (on-site) Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentives Why Join Us?
