Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Executive who can take charge of converting incoming leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website into successful orders by handling sales calls, follow-ups, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers via calls and WhatsApp based on inbound leads. Explain Sambhav Studios’ product range, pricing, and customization options clearly. Understand client needs and suggest suitable gifting solutions. Maintain and update lead status in CRM or Google Sheets. Follow up diligently with leads to ensure conversions. Coordinate with the dispatch team for order updates when required. Upsell or cross-sell based on festive/seasonal offers. Share daily/weekly reports of leads and conversions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement roles. Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added bonus). Pleasant telephone etiquette and convincing ability. Experience with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and lead management tools preferred. Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. Self-motivated and target-driven.
