Ltd., under its brand Brewna Tea, specializes in high-quality tea products and is rapidly expanding its digital footprint. We are looking for a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence across major platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Platform Management Manage, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zomato, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and JustDial. Ensure accurate catalog management, promotional coordination, pricing, and inventory checks. Track daily sales, customer reviews, and marketplace performance. Digital Marketing & Content CreationCreate engaging content and marketing materials for social media and online platforms. Design creatives, banners, posts, and ads using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and similar tools. Support in planning and executing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales. Customer Interaction & Reputation Management Respond to customer queries, reviews, and feedback across all platforms. Maintain a strong and positive customer experience. Reporting & Analysis Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales trends, performance metrics, and marketing efficiency. Suggest improvements based on marketplace insights and analytics. Candidate Requirements Education: Graduate (Any discipline). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce platform handling. Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong command of English (spoken & written). Hands-on expertise in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and related design tools. Good understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing basics. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting. Personal Attributes: *Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive. *Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Salary Structure₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (Salary will vary based on communication skills and experience.)
