Ensure accurate catalog management, promotional coordination, pricing, and inventory checks. Track daily sales, customer reviews, and marketplace performance. Digital Marketing & Content CreationCreate engaging content and marketing materials for social media and online platforms. Design creatives, banners, posts, and ads using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and similar tools. Support in planning and executing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales. Customer Interaction & Reputation Management Respond to customer queries, reviews, and feedback across all platforms. Maintain a strong and positive customer experience. Reporting & Analysis Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales trends, performance metrics, and marketing efficiency. Suggest improvements based on marketplace insights and analytics. Candidate Requirements Education: Graduate (Any discipline). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce platform handling.
