Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive, located in Hyderabad. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing web traffic with web analytics tools, and creating compelling web content. They will work closely with the marketing team to communicate brand messages effectively and enhance online presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground).
  • Social Media Support: Coordinate with creative teams/agencies for content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking.
  • Brand Collateral Management: Ensure timely creation and delivery of marketing materials (packaging, POS, brochures, etc.).
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, consumer trend tracking, and industry research.
  • Event & Activation Support: Help organize product launches, trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Vendor & Agency Coordination: Liaise with designers, printers, influencers, and digital marketing partners.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports and maintain campaign documentation


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (FMCG, F&B, or retail preferred; freshers with strong internships will be considered).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, social media tools, or basic design software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Telugu/Hindi is an advantage).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for building brands.
