Digital Marketing Executive/Manager

(2-3 Years Experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Manager who will drive our digital presence across channels. The right candidate will manage digital platforms, oversee content creation, strategize campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure cohesive brand messaging. You will lead planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing initiatives

Key Responsibility:

•  Manage digital marketing strategies across channels including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter etc.), email marketing, SEO, SEM/PPC, display ads, and content marketing.

•  Oversee content writing: blog posts, website copy, social media posts, newsletters, ad copy, ensuring tone, style & brand voice consistency.

•  Coordinate with design teams / freelancers / vendors for creative collateral.

• Plan content calendars, aligning digital campaigns with business objectives & product/service launches.

•Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, SEM tools; draw insights; suggest improvements & optimizations.

• Manage budgeting & spends on digital ads; ensuring ROI.

• Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing, content best practices, SEO algorithms, platform updates etc.

•  Collaborate across functions (sales, product, customer service) to ensure alignment.    Manage or mentor junior content writer’s / marketing associates (if applicable). 

Skills & Qualification:

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications / Business / related field.

2-3 years of experience specifically in digital marketing + content writing.

• Proven experience running social media campaigns, PPC / SEM, email marketing.

•  Strong writing skills – ability to write engaging copy for different platforms & audiences.    Familiarity with SEO best practices; keyword research; on-page/off-page SEO. 

• Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, perhaps tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs).

• Good project management skills – able to manage multiple campaigns/content projects under deadlines.

Creative mindset + attention to detail.  

 Strong communication skills

Plus points:

•  Experience with video content, reels, short-form content.

•  Experience in B2B or B2C (depending on your business).

•  Knowledge of marketing automation tools.

•  Basic graphic design skills or ability to coordinate well with designers.
