Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies, and capable of executing data-driven strategies to grow brand visibility and acquire qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and optimize on-page/off-page SEO.
  • Improve website ranking, traffic, and domain authority through ethical SEO practices.
  • Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and third-party SEO tools.

2. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Generate high-quality leads and reduce cost-per-lead through campaign optimization.
  • Create compelling ad creatives, A/B test ads, manage budgets, and track key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI).

3. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Assist in planning and publishing content across social media platforms.
  • Support content teams with SEO-friendly content strategies.
  • Monitor social media performance and engage with community when needed.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance reports.
  • Use insights to optimize future strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to execute and optimize lead-generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of current digital trends and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional but a plus).

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
