Digital Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities:

• Social media management-

  strategically plan, create and post engaging contents about the products on various social media platforms. Monitor recent trends and consistently keep the audience engaged.

• Content creation and design-

  Create high quality contents on social media using designing tools like photoshop, canva and other tools. Assist in the creation of Instagram Reels, stories, and short-form video content. work closely with various external agencies in creating high quality product advertisements on social media platforms that are visually appealing.

• Influencer marketing and partnership-

  Identify, engage, and manage relationships with

  beauty, skincare, and lifestyle influencers.

  Coordinate influencer collaborations and oversee content deliverables, and track campaign performance and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.

• Performance tracking and optimization-

  Monitor analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives and assist in managing paid social media campaigns and increase performance.

Skills required:

• 1-3 years of experience

  in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools

• Strong knowledge of

  social media trends, digital engagement strategies and branding.

• Experience in

  influencer marketing and partnership.

• Excellent communication skills.
