Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to act as a key communication bridge between clients and the internal development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, ensuring smooth coordination, and providing on-site and in-office support as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility with work hours, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in dynamic environments, including event locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and requirements.
• Gather, document, and relay client requirements to the development team clearly and accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 2 years in technical support, client coordination, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of solutions and updates.
• Provide technical support during office hours as well as at event locations when required.
• Ensure seamless execution of technical setups and support activities during events.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring timely resolution of client queries.
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
• Be flexible with working hours when required.
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements.

Salary

• Up to ₹3.4 LPA (based on skills and experience)
• Good coordination and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work in the office and travel to event locations.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹340,000.00 per year
