Job Description

Being the Technical Support Engineer of the product company, you will be responsible for supporting the customers with the integration of their applications with Evolute devices and resolving any issues raised.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Good communicator
Initial Point of Contact for all device and software related concerns from customers.
Attend meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
Ability to understand the customer requirement and coordinate with technical team to get it implemented.
Good and agile troubleshooter
Assist in creating training materials pertaining to relevant device / product troubleshooting and usage.

Qualification

Experience Level:

2 - 4 years of technical support experience.

Essential Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related stream.
Basic Knowledge of programming languages like Android and Java and process management methodology.
The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
Exposure to any bug tracking tools and requirements analysis and tools.
Knowledge on Agile practices is desirable.
Customer centric approach
Good time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, works well independently and with others.
