Job Description

0 to 6 Months experience (Only Male Candidates - Night Shift)
Handling customer issues and resolves them within specified time limits using remote
support applications
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
Search and identify solutions for software and hardware issues
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to end-users.
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Priorities and manage several open issues at one time
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

Desired Profile:

Experience in handling remote support applications
Excellent communication skills
Male candidates are preferred
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
Ready to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.
Must have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework
Familiarity with the SQL Database
Ability to use GIT
Understanding of Agile methodologies

Qualifications and Skills

BE/BTech, MCA/MSC (CS/IT)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
