Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Marketing All-rounder to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across all online channels. This role is perfect for a self-starter who can manage a broad range of digital activities—from content creation and SEO to campaign management and analytics—to drive brand visibility, generate high-quality B2B leads, and support our business development efforts in the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (e.g., thought leadership, lead generation for specific projects/services).

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising) targeting key stakeholders, government entities, and B2B clients.

Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget across all platforms to maximize ROI.

2. Content & Communication

Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage all digital content, including website copy, case studies, white papers, technical articles, and infographics, ensuring brand consistency.

Website Management (CMS): Oversee the company website (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), ensuring it is up-to-date, mobile-optimized, and adheres to SEO best practices.

Email Marketing: Design, execute, and analyze targeted email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns for various stages of the sales funnel.

3. Search & Performance

SEO/SEM: Lead Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research (B2B focus), on-page optimization, and technical SEO to improve organic search rankings.

Manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic for key services and project bids.

4. Social Media & Thought Leadership

Manage the company's social media presence (primarily LinkedIn, but also Twitter/X and others) to build brand authority and showcase project successes and industry expertise.

Engage with industry discussions and manage social media campaigns to promote thought leadership content from company executives.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM systems to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities (ROI, KPIs).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
