Job Title: Meta Ads Expert (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Location: [jaipur] Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our marketing team. With over 5 years of experience in digital advertising, the ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and optimizing Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms (including Messenger and Audience Network) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversions. As a Meta Ads Expert, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns across multiple accounts, ensuring maximum ROI, and staying up to date with the latest platform updates and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1 Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies based on business goals and target audience needs. 2 Ad Campaign Creation: Create, test, and launch Meta ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network with a focus on driving engagement, lead generation, and conversions. 3 Audience Targeting: Use advanced audience targeting techniques such as lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting, custom audiences, and retargeting to ensure that ads reach the most relevant users. 4 Budget Management: Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources to maximize campaign performance and ROI. 5 Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns for performance, including A/B testing ad creatives, targeting strategies, bidding strategies, and overall campaign structure. 6 Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key metrics such as CTR (click-through rate), CPC (cost per click), ROAS (return on ad spend), and CPA (cost per acquisition) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights. 7 Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives (images, videos, copy) tailored to different campaigns and audience segments. 8 Ad Platform Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest features, updates, and trends within the Meta Ads ecosystem, including new targeting options, bidding strategies, and tools such as Facebook Pixel, Facebook Business Manager, and Ads Manager. 9 Conversion Tracking: Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Facebook Pixel and other Meta tools to track key customer actions and measure campaign success. 10 Cross-Platform Integration: Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience. 11 Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with the broader marketing, sales, and product teams to align ad campaigns with overall business objectives, product launches, and promotional activities. 12 Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all ads comply with Meta’s advertising policies and industry best practices, adhering to ethical standards and brand guidelines. Qualifications: 1 5+ Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), including extensive hands-on experience in campaign management and optimization. 2 Deep Knowledge of Meta Platforms: Expert understanding of Meta's ad ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network) and all aspects of ad creation, optimization, and performance tracking. 3 Advanced Audience Targeting: Expertise in creating custom audiences, using Facebook Pixel, and leveraging lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting, and retargeting strategies. 4 Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance. Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar tools. 5 Ad Creative Understanding: Strong understanding of what types of ad creatives (images, videos, copy) perform best across different audiences and objectives, and ability to collaborate with design teams to create effective campaigns. 6 Budget and ROI Management: Demonstrated ability to manage significant ad budgets and optimize spend to achieve maximum ROI. 7 Strong Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager: Expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other Meta ad management tools to create, track, and optimize ad campaigns. 8 Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. 9 Certifications: Facebook Blueprint Certification or similar certifications related to Meta advertising is a plus. Preferred Skills: 1 Experience with E-Commerce Ads: Experience running Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce businesses, with a strong focus on driving online sales and conversions. 2 Experience with Facebook Pixel: Advanced experience with Facebook Pixel implementation, tracking conversions, and optimizing for specific user actions. 3 Experience with Automation Tools: Familiarity with automation tools like Hootsuite, AdEspresso, or other campaign management and optimization tools. 4 Knowledge of Cross-Channel Marketing: Experience integrating Meta ads with other channels (Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) for multi-platform campaigns. 5 Video Production Knowledge: Ability to understand and create video ad content tailored to social media platforms, leveraging best practices for video ads on Meta platforms.
