Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across all digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, etc.). Create and manage content for various platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and instructors to drive brand consistency and engagement. Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Build and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Requirements: 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. Experience with content creation and social media management. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs. Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
