Digital Marketer

Klenty is a sales engagement platform that helps sales teams execute personalized outreach using multiple channels like email, calls, LinkedIn, and SMS to book more meetings. Our 5,000-strong customer base includes greats like Chargebee, Cleartax, Oracle, and Gartner, who automate their sales outreach processes. As a result, their sales teams spend more time on actual sales. 

As a Digital Marketer/Growth Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in improving the performance of our website by optimizing the user experience, improving conversion rates, and ultimately driving more leads.

Your everyday job will be to work closely with demand generation, design, development, and product marketing teams to align conversion optimization efforts with the overall marketing goals..

Work location: Chennai

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Manage Google, Facebook and LinkedIn Ad campaigns
• Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
• Develop and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, forms, and other conversion points.
• Collaborate with UX designers to improve the overall user interface and experience.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of call-to-action (CTA) buttons in all blog articles that drive conversions
• Provide recommendations for website improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Will need to work with marketing tools to create buttons/forms, etc to improve the conversions

What skills you must have:

• Min 6-12 months of experience running ads, managing website conversions at a Digital marketing agency or a SaaS company or similar experience. 
• Indepth knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM), A/B testing tools, and heat mapping tools
• Knowledge in Excel or Google Data Studio to present data
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Write clear, grammatically correct, and crisp copies. We’re on the hunt for those who use words frugally. Copywriting flair is preferred
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an added advantage
