About the RoleTACC Global is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketer who can take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing outcomes for TACC Global and its client brands. This role goes beyond posting content or running ads—it focuses on creating measurable business impact and ROI across digital channels.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a digital agency or multi-client setup, and understands how digital marketing contributes to brand growth, lead generation, and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Growth for TACC Global
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation through digital channels
Support leadership branding, events, workshops, and strategic initiatives
Track performance and continuously improve digital outcomes
Digital Marketing & ROI Ownership for Client Brands
Take ownership of digital performance for multiple client brands
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Ensure marketing spends translate into measurable ROI (leads, conversions, reach, engagement, or revenue—based on client goals)
Work on funnel-level optimisation (awareness → engagement → conversion)
Align creatives, messaging, and targeting with brand objectives
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and platform dashboards
Analyse data to identify what is working and what is not
Prepare simple but clear performance reports for internal review and clients
Recommend corrective actions and optimisation strategies to improve results
Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with designers and content teams to ensure creatives support campaign goals
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align priorities and timelines
Manage multiple brands and campaigns without compromising quality or deadlines
Skills & Experience Required
2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Prior experience in a digital marketing or creative agency preferred
Hands-on experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content distribution, and email marketing
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions)
Ability to link marketing activities with business outcomes

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
