Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Gurugram (Full-Time, On-site) Company: TACC Global About the Role: TACC Global is looking for a creative, responsible, and execution-focused Graphic Designer to manage regular design requirements for TACC Global and its client brands. The role involves working on multiple design formats, supporting business communication, and delivering quality work within defined timelines. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience, preferably from a creative or digital agency background, who are comfortable working with Canva and Adobe tools. Key Responsibilities Design Work for TACC GlobalCreate designs for social media creatives, banners, presentations, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials Support internal communication, leadership content, workshops, events, and brand campaigns Ensure consistency with TACC Global’s brand identity and visual guidelines Design Work for Client Brands Design creatives for clients across different industries Understand briefs and convert them into effective visual communication Follow brand guidelines specific to each client Manage multiple design tasks and deliver within timelines Daily Execution & Coordination Coordinate with internal teams for briefs and feedback Make revisions professionally and within expected timelines Maintain proper organisation of design files, templates, and assets Skills & Experience Required 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer Experience in a creative or digital agency setup preferred Strong working knowledge of Canva Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Understanding of social media formats and marketing creatives Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment What We Expect from You Strong design sense and attention to detail Ownership of work and accountability for delivery Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve skills Positive attitude and openness to feedback Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 Quarterly Performance Bonus: Performance-linked bonus paid every quarter based on quality of work, adherence to timelines, and overall contribution Exposure to multiple brands and real client projects Long-term growth opportunity in a stable and growing organisation Why Join TACC Global At TACC Global, you will work on meaningful design projects across TACC Global and its client brands, gaining exposure to real business communication and live campaigns.
