About the role

Own day-to-day digital execution across LinkedIn, light graphic design, content curation, and HR coordination. You’ll help us ship consistent posts, grow reach, generate calls, and keep hiring ops tidy. Access to Canva and ChatGPT Premium is provided to move fast.


What you’ll deliver (KPIs)

  • LinkedIn growth: followers, post reach, profile views
  • Qualified inbound: DMs and scoping calls booked
  • HR ops: candidates sourced, responses, interviews scheduled, time-to-screen
  • Clean tracking in our shared dashboard and content calendar


Responsibilities

LinkedIn & Content

  • Own the content calendar; draft and publish 5+ weekly posts from briefs.
  • Curate content worth resharing; write short captions that are clear and useful.
  • Design carousels/visuals in Canva; trim basic short videos; manage asset library.
  • Repurpose case studies into carousels and 60–90 sec scripts.
  • Engage safely: targeted connection requests and follow-ups using approved templates; intelligent commenting; invite client recommendations.
  • Track reach, clicks, DMs, and booked calls; attribute results and propose small experiments.


Graphic Design

  • Turn raw notes into clean, on-brand carousels, thumbnails, banners, and one-pagers.
  • Keep templates organized; maintain visual consistency.


HR & Operations

  • Post roles, source and reach out to candidates, review applications against checklists.
  • Schedule interviews, send confirmations and reminders, maintain the candidate tracker.
  • Support onboarding tasks and coordinate updates for our Associate/Contractor program.


Guardrails

  • No mass automation. Use approved voice and templates. Store everything in shared folders.


Tools you’ll use

Canva, ChatGPT Premium, LinkedIn, Sharepoint, basic video editor.


Requirements

  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Basic design skills in Canva; eye for layout and clarity.
  • Comfortable on LinkedIn for business: posting, outreach, and polite follow-ups.
  • Spreadsheet competence: filters, simple formulas, charts, tidy data habits.


Nice to have (but not required)

  • Prior social/content internship, recruiting coordination, or short-form video editing.
