Your Role As a Business Development Associate, you will be the voice of GTDS to new clients. This role is ideal for professionals looking to break into consulting sales, work flexible hours, and earn through an attractive commission and long-term client royalty model.Key Responsibilities • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and connect with decision-makers in HR, L&D;, Talent, and Transformation teams. • Consultative Sales: Present GTDS’ core solutions in Consulting, Training, and AI. • Lead Generation: Actively build a pipeline of prospects through LinkedIn, email outreach, webinars, and networking events. • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct meaningful conversations to understand client pain points and recommend appropriate GTDS solutions. • Relationship Building: Serve as the initial point of contact and ensure a seamless handoff to delivery teams post-sale. • Market Feedback: Share insights on client needs, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics with leadership.
