🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the entire digital marketing strategy across channels (Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social, Email, Content, & Partnerships).
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-backed campaigns.
• Identify and experiment with new growth channels to expand reach and revenue.
• Optimize funnels, track KPIs, and ensure clear attribution for every growth initiative.
• Collaborate & manage cross-functional teams (product, design, content) to align business goals with digital growth strategies.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing / growth roles, preferably in high-growth start-ups or Ed-tech domain.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics tools, and automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience in scaling ad spends efficiently while optimizing ROI.
• Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to take complete ownership and drive results independently.
