Digital Growth Manager

In this position, you will:

• Create and manage daily digital content
• Edit videos and coordinate shoots
• Run paid advertising campaigns
• Grow our social media presence
• Increase website traffic and enquiries
• Communicate with leads and support sales efforts
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and digital output

You will work directly with the founders to build and scale the digital identity of DKS PROJECTS. The role involves managing campaigns, analysing performance data, improving lead funnels, and identifying new opportunities to expand reach and revenue. You will also oversee timelines, assist with marketing materials, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to interpret data and guide growth decisions
• Excellent communication abilities to present ideas clearly and work effectively with founders and internal stakeholders
• Proven sales or lead-generation experience, with the ability to develop and support growth strategies
• Project management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or growth-oriented roles is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, video editing software, CRM systems, and project management platforms
• Familiarity with digital advertising trends, social media algorithms, and AI tools for content creation
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
