Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Digital Growth Manager to join our growing team!

In this position, you will be leading our social media and digital presence, managing high-performing PPC campaigns, creating compelling content, and driving strong brand visibility and lead generation across multiple digital platforms.
We welcome someone who brings fresh ideas, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to elevate our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars, creatives, and timely post scheduling.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments/messages and fostering positive interactions.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze platform insights to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth.

2. PPC & Paid Campaigns

  • Manage, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for targeted ad performance.
  • Continuously track ad performance, optimize bids/budgets, and achieve higher ROI.
  • Prepare detailed campaign performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations.

3. Digital Marketing (KRA)

  • Drive overall digital growth by increasing website traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Maintain and improve key digital performance metricsCTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and campaigns.
  • Identify new digital opportunities, tools, and trends to enhance the companys online presence.
  • Work with the management to set quarterly digital marketing targets and deliver measurable results.

4. Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Share weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Support overall brand-building initiatives and contribute ideas for new marketing strategies.
