Job Description

Build the foundations: Oversee the creation of the website,

WhatsApp channel, and CRM setup (either directly or with partners)

Lead acquisition & retention: Design and execute digital campaigns across Meta,

Google, email, and WhatsApp etc

Create journeys that connect online and offline: Use data to drive footfall, loyalty,

and repeat purchases across stores

Set up analytics & tracking: Define funnels, dashboards, and performance metrics

(CAC, LTV, retention cohorts)

Own experimentation: Test landing pages, messaging, and incentives to optimize

for engagement and conversion

Drive tech efficiency: Identify and implement tools that help automate marketing

workflows and improve scalability

4–7 years of experience in digital, performance, or CRM marketing
Experience setting up or managing websites, CRM, or automation platforms (e.g.,

Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Webflow)

Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
Strong analytical mindset and understanding of CAC, LTV, and funnel performance
Comfort working with creative and technical partners to bring ideas to life
Self-starter with a bias for action — comfortable owning a build-and-grow mandate
Bonus if you have experience in F&B, lifestyle, or retail
