What You Will Be Doing Harness AI to develop scalable, cross-platform social media content packages on a regular basis. Implement AI-driven modules for community engagement, adapting swiftly to the evolving online landscape. What You Won’t Be Doing Writing content manually or moderating communities by hand. Conducting data analysis and generating reports. Digital Engagement Strategist Key Responsibilities Drive significant growth in social interactions, enhance brand loyalty, and boost community satisfaction. Basic Requirements Minimum of 3 years in marketing or digital strategy with proven experience in executing social media, community, or brand campaigns. Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools or analytics platforms like HubSpot, Jasper, or Buffer, along with a quick ability to learn new technologies. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
