Responsibilities


The Digital Content & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing engaging content across Spottech’s website, social media, and email channels. This role ensures the website is regularly updated with fresh, SEO-optimized content that highlights Spottech’s ERP expertise, drives traffic, and generates leads.


Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a 6-month content calendar (blogs, case studies, guides, newsletters, videos).
  • Research SAP industry trends and propose fresh content ideas.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather inputs for case studies and whitepapers.

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Write and edit blogs, case studies, client success stories, and guides.
  • Create content for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and webinars.
  • Manage updates to the company website (new pages, FAQs, resources).

SEO & Analytics

  • Optimize website and blog content for SEO (keywords, meta tags, on-page SEO).
  • Monitor Google Analytics and SEO tools to track content performance.
  • Refresh older content for accuracy and ranking improvements.

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop downloadable resources (guides, whitepapers) to capture leads.
  • Manage monthly newsletters for clients and prospects.
  • Work with sales to align content with lead-generation goals.

Social Media & Engagement

  • Repurpose website content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Post employee spotlights, success stories, and industry news.
  • Track engagement and adjust strategy accordingly.

Collaboration & Events

  • Coordinate with internal teams for webinars, events, and video content.
  • Liaise with design team (or freelancers) for visuals, infographics, and videos.


Qualifications

  • Content Writing & Editing (blogs, guides, case studies, newsletters).
  • SEO knowledge (keyword research, on-page SEO, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs basics).
  • Digital Marketing Tools (WordPress/other CMS, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaigns).
  • Basic Design Skills (Canva, Photoshop, or PowerPoint for visuals).
  • Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or enterprise IT topics (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in B2B IT/Software services marketing preferred.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
  • Monthly website visitors growth.
  • Increase in organic search ranking for target SAP keywords.
  • Number of leads generated via content (downloads, newsletter sign-ups).
  • Engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Consistent publishing of at least 2–3 high-quality pieces per month
