What would you do?
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Executive with project management experience to oversee and execute key e-commerce initiatives across multiple online platforms. This role combines operational e-commerce tasks with the ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and drive strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms along with experience coordinating and delivering digital or commercial projects. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–4 years of relevant experience in managing e-commerce operations. Solid understanding of Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Indian marketplaces such as Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, etc. Proficient in Excel and data handling. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations with at least 1 year in a project management role. Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms and online retail workflows. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar portals. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. Experience and understanding of Content Provides accurate status of assignments Experience with tools/platforms for e-commerce management. Experience in managing e-commerce for consumer brands (e.g., fashion, beauty, FMCG). Familiarity with basic digital marketing metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics). Roles and Responsibilities:

- E-commerce Operations: Manage daily operations across marketplaces such as Amazon (Seller & Vendor Central), Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) and others. Ensure accurate product listings, pricing updates, and inventory coordination. Optimize product visibility through SEO-friendly content and images. Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional e-commerce projects including new platform launches, seasonal sales campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Define project scope, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. Ensure on-time project delivery within scope and budget, escalating issues where necessary. Campaign Execution: Work with marketing, design, and content teams to execute online sales campaigns and brand events across platforms. Manage promotional planning, tracking, and post-campaign analysis. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend. Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Platform & Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams and marketplace account managers. Stay up to date with marketplace policy changes, trends, and best practices.
