Digital Content & Growth Strategist


Join us as a Digital Content & Growth Strategist and lead the charge in building our global digital presence through creative storytelling and data-driven campaigns. Earn up to INR 15,000 per month with strong potential for performance-based growth and long-term career advancement.


We’re seeking a creative yet analytical marketer who can design, manage, and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube. This role requires an understanding of both visual storytelling and B2B lead generation, with a focus on international markets. This role drives our digital brand presence and lead generation through strategic social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management


 Proven experience in social media marketing (preferably for B2B &/or exports).


 


Required skills and experience


  • Content creation with a focus on making visually appealing content. Minimal requirement for textual content creation. But key is understanding of relevant keyword (KW) search and keyword targeting and doing these two tasks (KW search & KW targeting).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva is key. Additional skills in Photoshop, Illustrator are welcome too).
  • Video editing skills for reels/shorts, including product-related walkthroughs.
  • Product styling knowledge (how to present product attractively for large institutional buyers).
  • Strong grasp of analytics & data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of SEO integration in social media.
  • Communication skills and cultural awareness for international clients.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
  • Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content/ad performance.
  • Collaborate with management to align campaigns with export or international business strategy.
  • Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Strong understanding of buyer psychology in B2B exports.
  • Ability to independently manage campaigns from concept to execution.



Bonus skills (preference will be given to applicants with these skills)


  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp etc.
  • Prior work in exports, or international B2B marketing.
  • Paid ads management (Meta Insights, Google Analytics) experience and ability to measure ROI on campaigns (lead generation, web traffic, conversions).
  • Data-driven optimization of content schedules, ad spend, and targeting.
