10-12 years of experience in digital advertising campaign management, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead or managerial role.Expertise in DSPs and ad platforms (Paytm Ads Manager experience is a plus).Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization strategies.Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
