We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Dietitian & Team Lead to join our team and contribute to the overall growth of the business. This role involves client counseling, corporate training, content development, business engagement, and team leadership to drive excellence in nutrition and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Counseling & Nutrition Planning

2. Conduct counseling sessions with existing & prospective clients from India and overseas to guide them on their health journey.

3. Develop personalized nutrition plans based on clients' medical conditions, lifestyle, and dietary preferences.

4. Ensure regular follow-ups & track client progress, providing motivation and support throughout their journey.

5. Maintain accurate records by updating the patient database with consultation details and progress reports.

Corporate & Business Engagement

1. Conduct corporate training sessions & nutrition workshops for organizations.

2. Accompany the sales team to corporate client meetings to understand client needs and contribute to business growth.

3. Represent Nutrishilp’s brand at industry events, webinars, and networking conferences.

4. Actively participate in webinars and panel discussions to strengthen the company’s visibility and expertise.

5. Contribute to planning and organizing events & conferences as required.

6. Content & Training Development

7. Design & develop end-to-end training modules for dietitians to enhance their expertise.

8. Stay updated with the latest research & advancements in nutrition to provide evidence-based recommendations.

9. Assist in creating educational content for public awareness campaigns, social media, and in-house workshops.

Team Management & Leadership

1. Lead and manage the team of dietitians, ensuring smooth operations and professional development.

2. Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members.

3. Schedule daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure operational efficiency.

4. Set KRAs, KPIs, and performance goals for the team.

5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.

6. Foster a positive team environment, ensuring motivation and growth for all team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field

2. Minimum one year of experience in dietetics, counseling, or a related domain

3. Leadership or team management experience is a plus

4. Strong communication, public speaking, and problem-solving skills

5. Ability to conduct research & develop training content

6. Proficiency in using computers & data management tools

7. Willingness to participate in industry events, webinars, and corporate engagements

8. A genuine passion for helping people lead a healthier life with compassion & patience
