We are looking for a motivated and disciplined *Center Head* to lead operations, drive team performance, and ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the center. Role Overview The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the center — including administration, operations, finance, HR coordination, and sales support. The role demands strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to create an organized, productive, and client-focused work environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Center Operations & Administration * Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the center. * Ensure timely opening, closing, and adherence to office discipline. * Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff presence. * Maintain adequate office supplies, facilities, and resource availability. * Implement company policies and ensure compliance across departments. * Coordinate and support all administrative requirements of the center. 2.
