As the Deputy General Manager, you will have the responsibility for various aspects related to HR processes, policies, and strategies within the organization. Your role will involve driving HR innovation, overseeing HR projects, and managing talent effectively. Under Talent Management, you will focus on Succession Planning by developing a process to build bench strength for meeting current and future business needs. You will collaborate with recruiting and business partners to identify candidates for critical roles and conduct leadership, career, and talent assessments as necessary. In terms of Performance Management, you will be in charge of implementing a consistent process that aligns employee efforts with business goals and ensures the development of requisite skills for sustainable growth. You will also identify opportunities for organizational development and design initiatives based on the business strategy. Your role will require you to establish collaborative relationships with HR leaders and Business Partners to execute talent strategies that support the company's growth objectives. Additionally, you will lead efforts in Talent Development by enhancing the knowledge and capabilities of key talent to drive strategic initiatives effectively. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and systems suitable for a growth-oriented organization. You will align Compensation & Benefits policies, conduct competitive mapping, benchmarking exercises, and design compensation structures and incentive plans. We are seeking professionals with over 18 years of experience, holding a full-time MBA from reputed institutions, and having exposure to working with organizations in ECC/ Construction/ Manufacturing Conglomerates.
