Candidate will be based at the corporate office of reputed pharma listed company at Ahmedabad and you will be responsible for supporting multiple sales & Marketing division including following;-
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for handling corporate HR & Field HR independently and will be supporting 10 plus sales Divisions in Acute and Chronic Segment.
Candidate will be responsible for talent management and developing and executing strategies to retain and promote top talent in pharma sales and marketing and India Business Head Office.
Candidate will be responsible for leading performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback; also employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
Candidate will be responsible for compliance & HR Operations and ensure adherence to employment laws, pharma industry regulations, and internal governance, also maintain accurate HR documentation.
Candidate will be responsible for implementing HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.
Candidate will be responsible for coordination for training & development, also identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Required Candidate Profile:
MBA in HR having 15-20 years of overall experience with last 3 years in an HR Leadership role and experience in handling Corporate / Field HR role in a pharmaceutical company supporting multiple division.
He will be responsible for handling corporate HR and complete field HR & Employee ER / IR Legal.
He will be closely working with all divisions cluster head and India business for all requirements.
Candidate should have ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and support all business requirement.
Candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
