๐๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ: We looking for a highly experienced and innovative Senior DevSecOps & Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and security of modern, scalable solutions across cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of DevSecOps practices, solution architecture, observability frameworks, and AI/ML expertise โ with hands-on experience in data and workload migration from on-premises to cloud or cloud-to-cloud. You will play a pivotal role in transforming and securing our enterprise-grade infrastructure, automating deployments, designing intelligent systems, and implementing monitoring strategies for mission-critical applications. ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฝ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ: โข Own CI/CD strategy, automation pipelines, IaC (Terraform, Ansible), and container โข orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). โข Champion DevSecOps best practices โ embedding security into every stage of the SDLC. โข Manage secrets, credentials, and secure service-to-service communication using Vault, โข AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault. โข Conduct infrastructure hardening, automated compliance checks (CIS, SOC 2, ISO โข 27001), and vulnerability management. โข Solution Architecture: โข Architect scalable, fault-tolerant, cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP). โข Design end-to-end data flows, microservices, and serverless components. โข Lead migration strategies for on-premises to cloud or cloud-to-cloud transitions, โข ensuring minimal downtime and security continuity. โข Create technical architecture documents, solution blueprints, BOMs, and migration โข playbooks. โข Observability & Monitoring: โข Implement modern observability stacks: OpenTelemetry, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana, โข DataDog, or New Relic. โข Define golden signals (latency, errors, saturation, traffic) and enable APM, RUM, and log โข aggregation. โข Design SLOs/SLIs and establish proactive alerting for high-availability environments. ๐๐/๐ ๐ ๐๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด &๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ; ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: โข Integrate AI/ML into existing systems for intelligent automation, data insights, and โข anomaly detection. โข Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models using MLflow, SageMaker, โข Azure ML, or custom pipelines. โข Work with LLMs and foundational models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Bedrock) for POCs or โข production-ready features. โข Migration & Transformation: โข Lead complex data migration projects across heterogeneous environments โ legacy โข systems to cloud, or inter-cloud (e.g., AWS to Azure). โข Ensure data integrity, encryption, schema mapping, and downtime minimization โข throughout migration efforts. โข Use tools such as AWS DMS, Azure Data Factory, GCP Transfer Services, or custom โข scripts for lift-and-shift and re-architecture. ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ &๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ; ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: โข 10+ years in DevOps, cloud architecture, or platform engineering roles. โข Expert in AWS and/or Azure โ including IAM, VPC, EC2, Lambda/Functions, S3/Blob, API โข Gateway, and container services (EKS/AKS). โข Proficient in infrastructure as code: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible. โข Hands-on with Kubernetes (k8s), Helm, GitOps workflows. โข Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell. โข Practical knowledge of AI/ML tools, libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and โข model lifecycle management. โข Demonstrated success in large-scale migrations and hybrid architecture. โข Solid understanding of application security, identity federation, and compliance.
