Job Description

Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Experience: 2–3 Years

Dropty is India’s first smart baggage concierge platform offering home-to-airport baggage check-in and post-flight delivery for air travelers. We combine logistics, aviation-grade security, and technology to simplify the way people travel. Our tech team is building the backbone for a national logistics network with real-time tracking, AI automation, and secure cloud infrastructure.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer who can manage, optimize, and scale our backend infrastructure. You’ll work closely with our development team to automate deployments, ensure uptime, strengthen security, and make our CI/CD pipeline efficient and reliable.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend (Node.js / Laravel) and mobile apps (React Native).
Manage AWS / GCP cloud infrastructure — including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and Lambda.
Monitor and maintain system performance, uptime, and scalability.
Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
Handle Docker containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
Ensure data security, regular backups, and disaster recovery plans.
Automate build, deployment, and testing workflows.
Collaborate with developers to debug performance and deployment issues.
Maintain log management and monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux-based systems.
Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and automation scripting (Python / Bash).
Understanding of networking, firewalls, SSL, and load balancing.
Basic database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Awareness of security compliance and best practices.

Good to Have :

Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of FastAPI / Node.js / Laravel backend deployment environments.
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
