Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, detail-driven UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience in designing modern, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces. You will work closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to create seamless user journeys across Dropty’s mobile and web platforms, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our bold, playful, and premium brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user-centric interfaces for Dropty’s mobile app, web platform, and admin systems.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to refine user journeys.

Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff of assets and maintain design consistency.

Build and maintain a design system that aligns with Dropty’s brand guidelines and color palette.

Stay updated with UI/UX trends, and incorporate innovative, scalable design ideas.

Work on creating marketing visuals and micro-interactions for campaigns or in-app experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Ability to create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows.

Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience designing for logistics, travel, or SaaS platforms.

Familiarity with motion graphics or micro-interaction design.

Understanding of basic front-end concepts for developer collaboration.
